JR Prosperity Partners (JRPP) provide wealth creation strategies through properties. This client was a referral from an existing client, and they are both in the same industry. Even though they were competitors, their offerings and process were very different.
The client’s process from initial customer inquiry through to final hand over of a property portfolio was disjointed. As a result, we needed to streamline the approached. Ensuring all consultants have the marketing material to communicate the wealth creation process effectively.
We looked through the client’s current approach to engaging clients and the communication tools they were currently utilising. With multiple brochures and various marketing tools it was clear we needed to streamline and create a succinct approach to customer engagement and messaging.
Through initial brand strategy discovery sessions we clearly understood the client’s business. From these sessions we ascertained that a full re-brand was required to meet the new marketing objectives of the business.
A new a new brand logo and visual identity was created – telling the JR Prosperity Partners story. We began to create content to articulate this story and create a persona for the brand including the creation of the tone and voice for the brand. This was then followed by defining a new suite of marketing and sales collateral and website that reflected the new brand.
Before the brand was launched to market we engaged in brand training to the staff members, giving the staff members understanding of the story and purpose of the brand, therefore, providing clarity. PSD was a key speaker in their Brand Launch to present the new identity and brand to their networks and clients.
