We knew that we needed to create an impact with the brand, create something memorable in the marketplace that resonated with the residents of the area. The colours were specifically chosen to ensure the brand look would be differentiated against the other competitors in the marketplace.
Once we had created the Brand Identity we began to fulfill the offline and online marketing that was required. The technology was a large part of the online website ensuring that for future use the website would be easily maintained while integrating with realestate.com and other online directories.
While offline we needed to implement the design with our printers that could be maintained online by the client.
