BRANDING FOR REAL ESTATE
ellejayne Realty is a Real Estate agent based in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales. And, before you say anything more, yes, the name was supposed to be spelled with a lower case ‘e’.
ellejayne was a new startup looking to create an impact in the local area, a boutique real estate agent competing against the likes of Ray White, LJ Hooker and McGrath just to mention a few.
We knew that we needed to create an impact with the brand, create something memorable in the marketplace that resonated with the residents of the area. The colours were specifically chosen to ensure the brand look would be differentiated against the other competitors in the marketplace.
Once we had created the Brand Identity we began to fulfill the offline and online marketing that was required. Technology was a large component of the online strategy. A website was designed to seamlessly integrate with the ellejayne CRM software ensuring for easy maintenance and the ability to list properties whilst integrating with realestate.com and other online directories.
Offline we needed to implement the brand design with our printers online systems so ellejayne staff could manage onsite communications to facilitate the marketing for new property listings.
Our work included website design, brand visual style guide, corporate identity, brochures, sellers guide, buyers guide, street signage, vehicle signage, outdoor banner, promotional designs, agent profiles and more.
