The Property Bloke is a coaching and mentoring solution. The business assists in helping customers keep their property investment on track.
PSD was engaged to develop a brand strategy. We also produced associated communication assets to launch the new brand to market.
We assessed the current competitors and understanding the needs of customers. We also understood The Property Blokes’ unique selling opportunity. This allows PSD to develop a communication strategy.
Starting with the logo identity, The Property Bloke logo identity depicts a keyhole utilising the negative space to highlight a silhouette of a man wearing a tie.
The brand represents a personal approach to education and empowerment, guiding the customer through the processes of property investing.
The finished communications collateral included stationery, a purpose-designed sales kit, and supported by an online website.
