Background

Community Transport is a local community transport organisation based on the Central Coast of NSW.

New South Wales State Government funded a new on-demand transport service to be operated by Community Transport providing commuter transport from a designated area to the local train station at Woy Woy.

The idea behind the project was to assist in changing the mindsets of commuters to leave their cars at home while taking up the new transport service.

Approach

PSD Brand Design was to assist with the brand creation of the new Commuter Transport service with the outcome of launching the service and engaging customers.

Starting with designing the brand logo and visual identity systems we began working with the client on a brand communications strategy. Due to the small area being serviced the communications were designed to reach customers through a targeted approach engaging the audience on their daily commute.

A digital strategy was formulated alongside this including: social media marketing, website design, and video marketing.
