Established on 12 September, 1925, the Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce is a member-based not-for-profit organisation overseen by members.
The Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce required a re-brand that was more reflective of their current offering. As a part of this, they also required guidance to align their brand, core values and offering to better engage the current members of the Chamber and to attract new businesses to build their member base.
Our approach entailed a number of discovery and strategy sessions with the Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee to understand their past, the problems they faced, and the way to achieve their future marketing direction. From this, we understood the core values that they brought to every member of the chamber and used this value to define the new brand.
From this idea, the new brand logo was formed along with a variety of communication materials both online and offline including banners, signage, posters, brochures, website, EDM, and social media marketing. It was all about engaging members more effectively, communicating key messages and providing opportunities for members to become more inclusive in the Chambers offering.
We organised a night to invite members for the brand launch and created video and presentation marketing materials along with speaking at the evening and continued marketing the Wyong Chamber through social media, video marketing, and content strategies.
Along with the brand collateral, we also found new ways of gaining consumer insights through a feedback form and online engagement to help refine the Chambers offering.

When launching the Wyong Chamber of Commerce brand at the launch networking evening we created this short animation to visual represent the new brand identity and direction of the Chamber moving forward. It was designed to show how the brand identity was formed and to communicate the key values for members at the event.
